Initially I operated as a contractor, carrying out both commercial and residential work for developers in 80s and 90s London.

Since 1995 I have been a consultant project manager and scheduler.

My clients have included City North Group PLC, Grange Hotels and JMS Estates Ltd .

The range of projects I have been involved is extensive: from small conversion work with modest budgets to 400 room hotels, procured for tens of millions of pounds.
